Chrissie joined Bloq as a Block Manager in August 2023 to manage a portfolio of sites in the Bristol and North Somerset area.
She previously spent 10 years’ working for a group of property developers, within the residential and commercial sectors, in a management role working to meet the expectations of leaseholders, effecting change and improvements whilst working within legal constraints of the property industry.
When the role produces challenges, Chrissie find that using problem solving techniques and staying calm and positive has always provided good results.
Chrissie has also run her own business which has given her an insight to managing budgets.
She has also worked on several property renovation projects which has involved identifying works and trades required and working closely with contractors to get the job done.
