Bloq are pleased to announce that we have been reappointed as block managers for Vestry Hall in Bristol.
Bloq previously managed these 24 apartments in a creative development in Pennywell Road 2 years ago, but a change of freeholder brought an enforced change of agent.
At the request of the leaseholders we’ve been invited back to manage the block. They felt we offered the focused, proactive customer service that they wanted, and so petitioned the Freeholder to reappoint us. We are looking forward to reacquainting ourselves with the building and residents and bringing the building back up to the standards the residents, leaseholders and building deserve.
