She started as our Compliance Manager at Bloq taking responsibility for managing our maintenance contracts and regular works. Her organised and meticulous approach is a real strength in the busy office and her attention to detail and great customer service skills are highly valuable to support Bloq’s desire to offer a different and personal approach to block management.
Thanks to the efficient foundations and good management of our business compliance that Lisa set up, she freed up time to support the team in Block Management. Her background and experience in estate agency and customer service, delivered with a friendly and unflustered approach made her a natural to evolve into a full Block Manager role and she is already competently managing a number of sites.
