Meet Charlie Rodgers
Charlie joined Bloq as a Block Manager in May 2022 to help manage our increasing portfolio of Bristol / North Somerset sites. He is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Level 3 (CertCIH)
He previously spent 3 years working in a similar management role for a housing association within the supported housing sector. This customer-facing role gave him good experience in quickly responding to client’s requirements and handling challenging situations. His work has also enabled him to build relationships with contractors across the Bristol area which transfers well into his new role.
Charlie also has experience working as a Director within a property development setting. This experience of managing a portfolio from the other side gives him good insight into the demands and expectations of our clients and he is proving himself to be a competent and capable member of our growing team.
